Data Description
We share raw OCTA data recorded with an highly phase stable akinetic swept source laser. The data consists of four spectral tomograms per position for calculating the motion contrast. The data was the basis for figure 6 after the post-processing steps outlined in the paper.

Data Description
We share raw Raman data of retinas from Alzheimer’s diseased (APPswe/PS1dE9) and healthy control (C57BL/6J) mice. One dataset consists of Raman images of cross sections to detect different retinal layers as presented in Figure 1 of the publication. The second dataset consist of Raman images of en faceretinas, which were the basis for the classification model summarized in Figure 4.
